| Loan Term | Goldstream Capital Loan offers a minimum duration of six (6) months and the maximum is thirty (30) years term per transaction. |
| No Third-Party | This transaction is conducted directly between the lender and borrower, with no third-party involvement. All information shared by both parties will be kept strictly confidential. |
| Loan Origination Fee | To process your loan request, we will need you to provide some documentation and sign a few documents. After reviewing your application, we will contact you to request any additional information that may be required. Once all the necessary information is received, we will process your loan and send it to our board for approval. A down payment of 1% of the loan amount is required to cover our costs. If your loan is approved, we will disbursed the funds into your bank account. |
| Monthly Payment Schedule | The loan repayment will be calculated using either an Interest-Only/Amortized monthly payment schedule or a standard repayment schedule. If you have a different repayment plan in mind, we can discuss this and agree on a solution that works for both of us. |
| Application Formy | To initiate the loan application process, we will need you to complete and sign a loan application form. Please reply "I ACCEPT". Once we receive your acceptance, we will send you an application form and other documents. After you complete and submit the application, we will be able to process your loan and provide you with more information about the next steps. |
